We invite all our current members, Larimer County residents and businesses to join us at the Northside Aztlan Community Center for our Annual Meeting. Hear all about what we accomplished in 2025 and what we have planned for 2026!
The Arc of Larimer County Annual Meeting brings together members, supporters, and community partners for an evening of connection, reflection, and forward momentum. This year’s meeting will feature world-class keynote speaker Alycia Anderson, alongside a program highlighting the organization’s accomplishments and impact throughout 2025.
We're honored to welcome, Alycia Anderson (AKA Inclusion Superwoman), a Keynote Speaker, Disability Advocate, Podcast Host & CEO of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC. Alycia is known for moving audiences through storytelling that is both heartfelt and transformational. As a former Multifamily SaaS technology VP, Alycia specializes in helping organizations advance inclusion and accessibility while fostering cultures of engagement and business growth. A wheelchair user since birth, she holds a Master’s Degree in Adaptive Physical Activity and serves on California’s Insurance Diversity Task Force, holding the inaugural seat as the first Persons with Disabilities Business Enterprise Representative. Alycia has partnered with over 200 brands, including Microsoft, Victoria’s Secret, Netflix, Etsy, and NAA and her work has been featured by TEDx, the Los Angeles Times, CBS News, and Authority Magazine. She hosts the Pushing Forward with Alycia podcast, using storytelling and lived experience to elevate disability representation. Known for “right-sizing” everyday obstacles into opportunities for possibility. And that's how she rolls. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with a free buffet dinner available at 5:45 p.m. Ballots will be available for current members to participate in voting. The Annual Meeting and program will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., offering an opportunity to celebrate progress, share updates, and engage in a powerful, inspiring message on inclusion, belonging, and the transformative impact of embracing diverse voices and lived experiences.
